When LED display screens are used in emergency command, public warning and other scenarios, the second-level response of emergency notifications is crucial, and the 10-second pop-up protocol optimizes the underlying communication protocol to build a "green channel" for rapid information triggering and display. This protocol is based on the UDP/IP communication architecture. Through data priority marking and interruption mechanism, emergency instructions can break through the regular playback queue and directly trigger the pop-up display of the display screen, solving the notification delay problem from the protocol level.

Before configuration, three environmental preparations need to be completed: confirm that the LED display control system supports UDP protocol communication, check whether the main control device has enabled port mapping (default port number 9999); install the dedicated protocol configuration software on the management computer, and ensure that it is in the same LAN as the display controller; prepare the standardized material package for emergency notifications (including text templates, warning icons, sound and light effects). When the protocol is initialized, first establish an "emergency-normal" dual-channel mechanism in the configuration software: through the "protocol parameter setting" module, set the priority of the emergency signal to the highest level (level 0) and the data transmission interval to 50ms; define the trigger conditions in the "pop-up window trigger rule", such as starting the pop-up window program within 10 seconds when receiving instructions from a specific IP address or detecting sensor signals.

The core configuration link needs to complete the communication protocol stack optimization: check the "UDP multicast" mode in the "network transmission settings" to reduce data transmission delays; enable the "heartbeat packet" mechanism (sending interval 1 second) to monitor the link status in real time to ensure that the command channel is unobstructed; set three levels of display priority in the "pop-up window display logic" - the highest level is a full-screen warning (red background + flashing text), the middle level is a half-screen pop-up window (with voice broadcast), and the low level is a floating reminder in the corner, which can automatically match the display mode according to the urgency of the notification. In a subway station case, after deploying the 10-second pop-up protocol, it only takes 8.3 seconds for the fire warning information to be sent to the full-screen display, which is 70% faster than the traditional polling playback method. The pop-up process does not interrupt the original playback content, achieving the dual effects of "emergency information is highlighted and regular content is continuously played". From the smart city command center to the shopping mall emergency system, the standardized 10-second pop-up protocol configuration is making the LED display screen an efficient carrier for emergency information transmission, providing critical time guarantee for safety emergency scenarios.
