When the sun is high, traditional LED displays often cause blurred images and difficult to distinguish text due to surface reflections, but LED displays equipped with 3-layer brightening technology are breaking through this dilemma through structural innovation. Starting from the optical principle, this technology builds a collaborative system between the surface layer, optical film layer and backlight module of the LED display: the surface layer adopts nano-level etching process to form a micron-level anti-glare texture, which is like putting on "anti-light armor" for the screen, scattering direct light to non-visible angles, weakening reflective interference from the source; the middle optical film layer is like a precise light control hub, which converges the divergent light to the visible area through the prism structure, so that the uniformity of screen brightness is improved by about 30%; the bottom backlight module optimizes the arrangement density and light-emitting angle of LED lamp beads, and cooperates with the brightening film to achieve efficient use of light energy, reducing light energy loss while enhancing basic brightness.

The actual test scene was selected in a square with direct sunlight at noon, comparing ordinary LED screens with 3-layer brightening technology screens: the white background of ordinary screens is seriously whitish under strong light, the saturation of color patterns drops by nearly 50%, and even text ghosting occurs; while the LED screen using 3-layer brightening technology has a screen brightness of more than 1200cd/m², and even at a 45° viewing angle, the color reproduction is still maintained at about 90%, and the dynamic picture smearing phenomenon is also significantly improved. It is worth noting that this technology does not simply increase the brightness, but through the optimization of the optical structure, it controls the energy consumption within a reasonable range while enhancing visibility, saving about 20% energy compared to traditional brightening solutions. From commercial advertising screens to outdoor information terminals, 3-layer brightening technology has opened up new possibilities for the application of LED screens in strong light environments, allowing each outdoor screen to clearly present exciting content in the sun.
